Service Description

The Hypnobirthing Australia Positive Birth Program group course includes 12 jam packed hours of face-to-face instruction, a fear release guided meditation, a folio of evidence based resources valued at over $200, four Australian accent hypnobirthing tracks by Melissa Spilstead, an e-book, a birth rehearsal video, birth videos from real local hypnobirthers, a birth debrief, and additional support as needed including Moon Mamas gatherings and access to additional cheat sheets, local suppliers, videos and birth stories from the Mother Moon online portal. Jess is an Endorsed Midwife with over 12 years of experience serving the families of Ipswich and Brisbane. She brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and passion to every class, and applies up to date evidence that will help you understand your amazing birthing body and all of your options when it comes to navigating your birth. You and your partner will leave this course with a full toolkit of hands on techniques including breathwork, massage, acupressure, positioning, rebozo and so much more. Beyond that you will step into your birth feeling confident in your body, your partner, your preferences and your mindset. You deserve to feel excited and prepared for this journey! You will receive an receipt with Jess's Medicare Provider Number included, so please contact your Health Fund to discuss any applicable rebate. Some clients will be entitled to anywhere from $100 to $300 rebate for the group course!

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 48 hours in advance. Changing to another course is subject to availability. If face to face classes are fully booked you are welcome to join the online course instead. If Covid restrictions prevent our course from proceeding face to face, affected dates will proceed online via Zoom. A reminder that your deposit is non-refundable.
