Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mother Moon Hypnobirthing offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
TENS MACHINE HIRE AGREEMENT -
When hiring a TENS machine you agree to the following:

The Elle TENS unit must only be used according to its standard operating instructions which are supplied with your hire, or can be downloaded from our website.

We do not take responsibility for the success of the TENS machine in labour, as its effect varies for each individual and their unique circumstances.

You must not use a TENS machine:
For pain relief before you go into labour (unless you have consulted with your midwife, doctor or health professional).
If you have a cardiac pacemaker or a heart rhythm problem.
If you have broken skin or a healing scar where you want to place the pads.
Over a caesarean section wound.
When you’re in a shower, bath, or birth pool.
For the full list of contraindications, please refer to the instruction manual, or consult with your medical team.

There are circumstances where there may be unexpected delays, which are out of our control. Refunds are not applicable for machines that do not arrive before your hire date. If you are already 36+ weeks we emphasise that you select express shipping to avoid a late arrival of your shipment.

Your TENS has been thoroughly cleaned, tried and tested prior to shipment and will be supplied to you in working order.

It is your responsibility to check that all contents of the hire package are included and in working order. Please inform us if you encounter any problems immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

You agree to return your TENS machine and all accessories (lanyard, leads, and unused electrodes) to us in the same condition it was received in.

You are welcome to dispose of used electrodes and paperwork.

We strongly advise that you return your TENS via Australia post (not via a red postal box) and keep your lodgement receipt in case of any return issues.

If for any reason you are unable to return the TENS unit by the last day of the hire period we will:
Contact you via email, text message and as a last resort follow up with a phone call.
A late fee of AU$20 per week is applicable if your machine is returned late -
If the machine is not returned to us within 4 weeks of your hire period, you will be issued with an invoice to the value of $190.00. If this is not paid within the specified time frame on the invoice, and if you have failed to make contact with us, we will follow up with our preferred debt collection agency.
REFUNDS -
In the event of requiring to cancel your booking prior to dispatch, we will refund you for your hire.

Please do your best to inform us of this well before your TENS is due to be sent to you.

We do not provide any refunds for the following:
If you wish to cancel your hire after the device has been dispatched.
If you do not use your TENS machine in labour.
You feel you didn't benefit from the use of the TENS machine.
If you did not have the opportunity to use the machine or if you have an emergency caesarean section. -
If you go into labour prior to your selected hire date/ if you did not order your TENS in adequate time to arrive to you.

For all refund enquires please send an email to info@mothermoonhypnobirthing.com and we will discuss your eligibility for a refund.
LOST POSTAGE BAGS -
In instances where your return postage bag is misplaced, it will be your responsibility to bear the cost of a replacement postage bag. Please ensure that the TENS machine is wrapped in bubble wrap.
