I teach the Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth Program and my exclusive Mother Moon BirthWorks Masterclass in New Beith at Mother Moon Hypnobirthing studio, servicing Ipswich, Brisbane, Springfield and Logan areas. ​Private sessions can be arranged to suit individual needs, so please contact me directly to discuss your options.

Private Intensive Preparation courses are also available for those over 34 weeks, or who are unable to make a full course schedule with their partner. Please contact me directly to discuss your circumstances.

If you can’t make any of the listed dates or can make one of the dates but not the other, please contact me as I do offer private classes, half group – half private classes, and the Hypnobirthing Australia online course with an optional 90 minute or 3 hour face to face/Zoom upgrade.

The Hypnobirthing Australia group course includes 16 jam packed hours of face-to-face instruction, a fear release guided meditation, a folio of evidence based resources valued at over $200, four Australian accent hypnobirthing tracks by Melissa Spilstead, an e-book, a birth rehearsal video, birth videos from real local hypnobirthers, and additional support as needed including Moon Mamas gatherings and access to additional exclusive Mother Moon cheat sheets, local suppliers, videos and birth stories from the Mother Moon online portal. The Hypnobirthing Australia program is far above and beyond any other course available. You will get the most up to date, evidence based antenatal education backed by results Australia wide. I bring my extensive midwifery experience to every class so you will get current behind the scenes insight into the world of birthing.

The BirthWorks Labour Essentials Masterclass is not Hypnobirthing. This class is designed to cover labour physiology, allopathic labour strategies, breathwork, positions and  balancing the body. You have the option to upgrade with a private birth planning session where we will discuss the different pathways that can apply to your birth, the evidence surrounding your options, and creating a birth map/plan that supports your individual needs. This session can attract a Medicare rebate.
