Our TENS hire works in 3 simple steps.
1) Book Online by selecting your hire period and preferred start date. We recommend starting your hire period around 36 -37 weeks, and give yourself time to return your kit after your expected birthing date (remember bub MIGHT wait until 42 weeks to arrive!). If you find you need a little extra time, please contact us about the option to extend if available.
2) You receive everything you need to use your TENS machine. Familiarise yourself with the settings then pack it in your birth kit ready for labour.
3) At the end of your hire period pop the machine back inside its bubble wrap and drawstring bag with the leads, any unused electrodes, lanyard, and product information sheet, and post it back in the prepaid satchel supplied. You get to keep the 'Yes, I Can' zip case for FREE.

If your TENS has not been dispatched please contact us ASAP and we will organise your refund. Unfortunately refunds are not applicable if you do not leave enough time for your hire, do not use your machine for labour, if you have a caesarean birth, or do not feel the TENS benefitted you.
We get it. Sometimes the To Do List leading up to birth is a bit much. If you need your machine ASAP please select Express Post at checkout and leave us a note. We will endeavour to get your machine to Aus Post same day. Estimated delivery with Aus Post is usually 1-2 business days.
