Service Description

Learn the hands on techniques that will help you and your birth partner feel calm, confident and empowered during your birth. In this 4 hour masterclass you will learn: Massage Techniques Rebozo and Pelvic Jiggling Acupressure Points Breathwork Positioning All alongside understanding the incredible physiology working behind the scenes. These techniques can be invaluable in navigating many variations in birth, regardless of the circumstances or place of birth. So if you want you and your birth partner to step into your birth feeling prepared with practical, hands on tools that will help you to feel empowered, supported and confident, this is the class for you. Each booking is for one birthing person and one birth partner and includes 4 hours face to face tuition with an Endorsed Midwife, and access to additional online resources to support your birth. *Private health rebates may apply, as Jess is an Endorsed Midwife with a Medicare Provider Number. Speak to your individual Health Insurance provider.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 48 hours in advance. Changing to another course is subject to availability. If face to face classes are fully booked you are welcome to join the online course instead. If Covid restrictions prevent our course from proceeding face to face, affected dates will proceed online via Zoom. A reminder that your deposit is non-refundable.
