Positive Caesarean Birth Course

Service Description

Through a combination of knowledge, tools, support and preparation; this course can help you to prepare for a positive and empowering birth – regardless of how your baby comes into the world. The Hypnobirthing Australia™ ‘Positive Caesarean Birth’ course is the childbirth education program with a difference. Taught by an endorsed Midwife with over 13 years experience and inside knowledge from the other side of the theatre. Jess is down-to-earth, up-to-date, and passionate about providing you with evidence-based tools, techniques and information. Every woman deserves her birthing day to be an incredible, powerful experience, and Caesarean birth can, and should, be a positive birth journey. We believe that baby's know the safest way to be born. If you are planning a Caesarean for medical, or personal reasons, this course will provide you with the tools to step into your birth space feeling calm, confident, and supported. Your course includes: 4-hours of tuition for you and your birth partner Hypnobirthing Australia Caesarean Birth folio of resources Access to comprehensive online resources (a collection of mp3 tracks for pregnancy and caesarean birth, eBook, practice videos, caesarean birth videos, pdf downloads, extra reading) Ongoing support from Jess as you approach your birthing day

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 48 hours in advance. Changing to another course is subject to availability. If face to face classes are fully booked you are welcome to join the online course instead. If Covid restrictions prevent our course from proceeding face to face, affected dates will proceed online via Zoom. A reminder that your deposit is non-refundable.
